What We Serve for Breakfast

We start serving from 8am Monday to Saturday, and 8:30am on Sundays. Everything is freshly prepared that morning, from the bread rolls baked in our ovens before dawn to the bacon cooked to order while you wait. There is a real difference between a sandwich built on a roll baked an hour ago and one that has been sitting wrapped in plastic since yesterday, and you can taste it in every bite.

The Coffee

A good breakfast needs good coffee. We serve proper espresso-based drinks: flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos, and Americanos. Strong, smooth, and made fresh by our team. Oat and soya milk are available if you prefer them, and if coffee is not your thing, we do a proper pot of tea and a rich hot chocolate too.

When to Visit

Weekday mornings are the quietest, ideal if you want to sit in with a paper and take your time. Saturday mornings are our busiest — the queue at the counter is part of the village routine — but it moves quickly and the buzz is half the charm. If you are short on time, everything is available to take away, wrapped to keep it hot until you get where you are going.

Perfect for Cyclists and Walkers

Hockley Heath sits right on the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal, and our bakery is a popular stop for cyclists riding the canal towpath and country lanes around Lapworth and Henley-in-Arden. Lock up your bike, grab a bacon sandwich and a flat white, and sit at our outdoor tables before hitting the road again. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area, and we keep fresh water bowls out for four-legged visitors.

We are at 495 School Road, Hockley Heath, B94 6RP, just off the A3400. There is free parking at the front and rear, so it is an easy stop whether you are on two wheels, four, or on foot. Open seven days a week, so there is no excuse not to pop in.
